[sdiy] Cleaning question and felt question

Hello All,
got a few questions about cleaning and cleaning
products
 first, is it possible to submerge an entire populated
pcb in 91% isopropyl alcohol without damaging it? or
will the alcohol eat PS caps (like another member said
a few weeks ago?) or maybe take off some printing?
second question, when you all are talking about
Deox-it I assume you are talking about the product
made by Caig. right?
 also what is the best product for lubricating pots
and sliders? I remember someone on here told me
already, but unfortunately I lost the message when I
"cleaned up" my inbox.
and lastly,  I am currently repairing a kawai
keyboard, on the steel armature that holds the keys,
there is on top and bottom a strip of felt adhered
horizontally to cushion the keys as they are depressed
and released. is this felt commercially available? is
it some kind of adhesive backed thing or is it just
glued in place?  the reason I ask is that the armature
is quite oxidized and I want to make sure I can
replace the felt before I attempt to remove this
oxidation which will surly result in the destruction
of the original felt strips.
