[sdiy] eMail Digest Format

I don't have to worry about sorting issues, as I created a Hotmail account
specifically for this list. It doesn't bother me (not to imply that I
thought you were bothered), I was just curious why this list doesn't provide
that option when it seems to be common for others to offer daily or weekly
formats. As a whole, I'm glad that I found out about this list and AH. Aside
from a lot of bickering and moot content on the latter I'm learning new
things each day.
