[sdiy] Drills (again)

I ordered a steel rack panel to put my synth on.  Turns out that the 6U panel
weighs close to 8lb (it is 1/8" thick), and I think this dashes my dreams of
using a hand drill.  I was going to use the DeWalt Model D21008K, but now I am
seriously considering a drill press.  Any reccomendations?  I'll probably pick
it up at Home Depot.  You can respond off of the list since I'm sure most have
heard enough about drilling here.
