[sdiy] Scope recommendations (again)

This is normal in analog scopes. Basically the sweep is going faster across
the screen so the phospher isn't getting as excited and it doesn't 'glow' as
much. Typically you just turn up the intensity when using higher sweep
rates.
Also when you aren't using your scope don't let it sit there with a line
across it. Turn the intensity down so you don't burn the line into the
screen.
