did you get the machine new? these big mailorder companies will let you
return stuff if not satisfied. i've never ordered from thomann, but i've had
good experiences with music store koln sometimes it takes a while to get
through or get them to understand the problem, but they seem a bit more
concerned about customer satisfaction than some local stores..;-)
