[sdiy] Classic 3-Osc-per-voice Synth?

Perhaps my memory is playing tricks on me, or perhaps someone with a time
machine went back and altered the history of analog synthesizers. (I really
hate it when they do that.) I could have sworn that there was a famous,
highly praised, classic, analog synth with 3 oscillators-per-voice. For
some reason, I can't remember which one it was, and I can't find anything
like that being described on the internet either.

I wanted to look it up on the internet, for some design inspiration, but I
can't find anything that seems to be this synth from my fuzzy memory
(perilously close to be being declared a full-blown figment of my imagination.)

So does anyone remember a classic 3-Osc-per-voice synth that might have
been the one I was trying to think of?

thanks,
Glen Berry
