Hmm. An english one may be hard to find; I got this from the folks at
Renesas, who Mitsubishi forwarded me too:

"I am sorry, but I have no information on that part. Possibly it is an older
part that is no longer marketed. Renesas does market Mitsubishi’s parts,
but we have no information on some older parts."
