i can only give you the advice i've given many others: buy a decent mixer!
by 'decent' i mean big and old. no new behringers, mackies, and spirits.
use a big old yamaha, ibanez or soundcraft desk. yes, they hiss and have
crackling faders once in a while. but your synths sound 1000% better through
them. i have both a behringer eurodesk and a big d&r desk (a dutch brand of
mixer) and i'm always amazed how much fuller and warmer the d&r makes not
only analogues, but also virtual analogues sound. you can pick these desks
up for nothing these days as everyone is going digital.
serious, buy a small one for less than 100 $ first and try it. it fattens
and warms your sound better and cheaper than anything else..
