Yes. I could tell you stories from an old building where a 230V bulb would
dimly glow when connected between the Neutral "GND" and the Protective "GND"
...

I'm going to move into my new house in a few months. I cannot finish another
PS-3200-sized project until then. (;->)

Tube projects have been planned for many years, but only recently I found
that
I have Germany's biggest supplier of tubes right in my neigborhood. This
lowers
the threshold for actually building something a lot.
