Chris -- It has somewhat of an odd setup.  It is powered between gnd and 
-15V.  (Sleeve = gnd, tip = -15)  The output (ring) is around 0 to 
-12V.  You run it into an inverting opamp to get 0 to whatever positive CV 
you want.  The BC circuit uses two dual opamps and an IC pressure 
sensor.  I don't have information on the current draw.  I might be able to 
find some links for you if you need more info.
