I've been thinking about this while I've been working on the Sine
Oscillator (i.e. Yamaha FM/PM) module on the latest VazMod. I can see
at least a couple of potential problems... Through zero will
complicate the algorithm as it will have to deal with a playback index
less than zero. Also a constant modulation index will be problematic
if the pitch of the source sample is varying.
