Absolute Max Vdd
CD4030 - Max 15V
CD4070 - Max 18V
Some manufacturers just do the 4070.

Different internal structure here - more fets in the 4066 to start with. As
already stated, about 1/4 of the on resistance. 80 ohms versus 300 at 15V
