Zeck makes 6mm OD instrument cable in 8 colors or so.
I use it in my modular, although with 1/4" jacks.
Colored cables look sooooo good on modular, especially when modules 
are also colored (as mine) :-)
I never saw colored cables of smaller diameter, except non-shielded.

But I guess Zeck is European thing, so...
