Gotham GAC-1. Available in black and red and probably other
colours too.

Canare GS-4 and GS-6. Available in black, red, orange, yellow and
blue. Markertek sells it for $0.51/foot. Designed for guitars.
Probably overkill for patch cords.

Mogami 2964. 4.8 mm. Available in black, red, yellow, green and
blue.

Also check the Belden catalogue (Belden 9951 and 9961 for
instance). Sold by Markertek and others in the US.
