Oh, okay... Since you don't actually need
Moog replacements but just want a similar look,
there should be sources for that general style
of knob that are easier to get.  Synth Tech
(MOTM) and Synthesizers.com both use a knob
style that is similar to the modular Moogs.
Paul Schreiber has told me before where he gets
the MOTM knobs, but I don't recall... Paul, are 
you\ here?  You could just start with the Mouser 
and Digikey catalogs (although I don't recall 
Mouser having anything in that style).
