many thanks,
so after some hunting I found some pics online off
moog replacment knobs, and since I dont actually own
anything moog aside from the moog modular v software,
I didnt know exactly how the knobs looked. anyway from
the pic they are quite different from the radioshack
knobs, the moog replacements are 7 pointed and skirted.
the reason I ask about the knobs is that I like the
look and was looking to buy about 100. for my next
project and a few other future projects.
so Cosmo you say?
where do I find them?
its actally quite difficult to locate them via an
internet search.
I tryed caltronics,is caltronix.com the same?
anyway it seems that they do not have the same part
numbers as the "7647"knob so I am wondering if I have
the right caltronics.
so where do I find Cosmo??
PS about the radio-shack (radio-shaft) knobs, although
I loath buying anything from them, the knobs are
fairly cheap. and if I remember correctly from a big
briar theremin I repaired about two years ago,big
briar used the exact same radio-shaft knobs. (and
chrome toilet tubing for the antennas)
