[sdiy] Quality Capacitors

Hello all, new to the list so forgive me if this has been discussed before.

After a break of 18 years I'm back into synth building again. So, I ask, where have all the quality capacitors gone? Living in the UK I would normally go to Maplin for my VCO 1nF polystyrene's but they've now discontinued these along with Silver Mica and Polycarbonate. Farnell still do the Poly's but they're £1 each with a minimum order of 10 units. So where do we shop?

I have some old 1nF Silver Mica but I'm reluctant to use these for VCO timing without seeing the temp' coeff' data.
