[sdiy] Kenton MIDI retrofit docs

Hello-
I've just come into possession of a Prophet 5 (rev 2) with Kenton MIDI 
retrofit installed.  I will be performing extensive repairs on the 
synth;  while I have the P-5 service docs, I haven't found a source for the 
Kenton installation documents (wrote to Kenton;  haven't heard back).  I 
did find the user manual on their site, but not the install docs.

Does anybody out there have these, or have a lead as to where I can look?
