[sdiy] LM13600/13700 Practical Difference in Filters?

The difference is in how the output stage was biased. If I remember
correctly, I think the LM13600 took its bias current off the Ibias
control current, so it variaed as the control current varied. This
caused control feedthrough problems. The LM13700 uses a fixed bias.
You should be able to substitute the LM13700 for the LM13600 no problem
- you might even get a little better performance. If you are not using
the output stage, they will be identical.
