I think Tom is still a long way from completion.  IIRC he had way too much
information and to cut it down by 50% or so.  He said he had a hard time
deciding what had to be removed.  If I were to make a guess it would't be
available before Christmas time (Tom is known to take big breaks if he gets
frustrated)
