[sdiy] purchasing a plus and minus 15v power supply (UK)

Hello there,

just starting out, and am in need of a powersupply for an oakly wavefolder.

id like it to be as cheap as possible.  i need to get motivation from a few 
projects working before ill want to spend too much.

im also not too familiar with the idea of having +15v -15v and ground 
rails...

anyway, anyone got any recomendations?  I have a maplins relativly close by, 
but not sure as they have anything suitable.
