Thanks to those who replied, and sorry its taken a while for me to get back 
to you.

Im pleased to say that you were correct, and that it was an issue with time 
signatures etc.  I should have worked that out for myself i realise, but i 
didnt.  Anyway, im most happy to see the box working again :)
