Depends on the used PLD/PAL since it naturally resembles the architecture
it was compiled for. Usually, that information isn't publicly disclosed,
especially for more modern stuff, but a JEDEC disassembler is/was
available from the vendors or even included in your favourite (commercial)
multi programmer.

In case you need a JEDEC file to be disassembled, feel free to send it to
me and I'll feed it into what came with our Sprint Optima programmer.
