[sdiy] Fun this weekend...

    I was waiting for some parts for my primary project, so I did this
instead this weekend:

        I finished up the Multi Segment Envelope Generator.  I had to
make a couple of changes, like use a 22V10 instead of descrete logic.
Also, this is the first time I have used VHDL for a DIY project.  It
seemed kind of wierd using VHDL on a small little part like the 22V10,
but, I am sold.

    This is a complement to the Mikado Sequencer.  I wanted a little
extra logic.
