[sdiy] Serial PC -> Analog CV

115 kbit/sec is still quite slow, maybe USB could be better solution
(1.5 Mbps). AFAIK there are complete kits available for USB development
as well inexpensive uC:s (at least Philips used to have one). Windows
API might be the problem...
