[sdiy] slide pots

Hey all, thought I'd leave some more notes on my new EG, mostly kids stuff
but interesting to me and maybe some other folks who are new at this. As I
said I built the EN 76 EG. As well as the properties included in the design
I also added a manual trigger by running an spst to the trigger input from
the +5V TTL power supply. I also added a simple inverting amplifier, well
not amplifier, just inverter actually. I used a dual op amp for the output
buffer and the inverter so positive and negative going envelopes are
available. This is particularly useful to me in having a triggerable pitch
curve that can go up or down by using the EG to control one or more VCO's.

But now on to my next question, which is reconfiguring a reverb unit as a
synth module. The unit uses slide pots, two of which have the sliders
broken off, so I'd like to replace these with rotary pots to match the rest
of my modules. The slide pots appear to have more than 3 inputs/outputs,
although many of them seem to be connected to the same thing... How do these
things work?
