Can you use a center-off ???

If not look for a 4 pole on-on-on toggle... I think you could wire this
to be
a three way (I'll study it if you are really interested) Its gonna be
rare and quite
expensive... consider a lever switch or rotary switch instead.

There is a guitar selector switch used by Ibanez and others that is a
5pos four pole
and could do just about anything... but it is big in behind panel space.
