Such a thing?Sure but they might be hard to get.
Alco switch (part of  Tyco) has about the largest number of models available
from all manufactures.
There are some 3P3T in their MSSA series

But 4P3T would also be ok?
Alco switch type ASE43, ASF43 or substitutes maybe the easiest ones to get.
This are "DIL" type slide switches, Farnell among others carries them.

Other 4P3T models are in the Alco MSS, MMS and CST series.
If you need only one or two, you might just try asking for them.
The other option is to get a company buy 100 (one bag) for you.
