That's about how I handled a similar recent message from Nadeau.  I told 
him sorry, the chips didn't meet the customer's requirements, but thanks 
for sending them. I didn't answer any of his questions, including the one 
about the phone number that he couldn't get to work. I didn't hear back 
from him.
