Harry, you, as always, hit the nail squarely on the heat. ;)

This is the same thing I do. Heheh..

Just shows that, when ppl think you are a corporation, they will kiss
your booty, and you can tell the truth without being diminished..

After all, so they do give a nobody some dev system? Well, that can
later end up to be a complete WINDFALL if the person decides to use
what they know ie that companies dev system/product when they get a
big job with some huge corporation!

All is fair in business: just ask that one company, something about
oil, natural gas, er, you know, I just can't recall, but one thing I
do remember is that it seemed that company would have done just fine
after I had left...
