... Reminds me of a project I did once which used about 20 large IGBTs
(sort-of large FETs/BJTs) arranged around three discs (drain, source,
gate) for dumping several thousand amps into a 1-Ohm load with sub-ns
rise-time.  Now THAT's what I call discharge!!!

Should've seen the capacitor too....  I used to wear a welding mask during
initial testing...
