[sdiy] MOSFET instead JFET?

	I use ZVN3306 in my VCO/CCO ccts for the cap discharge. Works great for me, close inspection 
	of waveforms between j-fet and mosfet shows no apparent difference.
	BSS123 and 2SK3018 also work fine.
