[sdiy] Wasp filter

OK, I had nothing better to do for half an hour so I reverse engineered
the A124 module from Doepfer. That's the Wasp filter one.

Nothing special really, its mainly the original EDP design and just a
little of JH too. The resistor values are closer to Jurgen's one, but
not the exactly the same. 27K for the input resistors to the 3080s
instead of 33K in the JH design. EDP use 100K. Jurgen's little
distortion unit is not fitted, Dieter preferring to take his potted mix
of LP/HP output to an 1458 op-amp follower.

The most major difference I can see is that DD uses a 1M resistor
feeding the double diode network instead of 100K.

The expo is a standard Formant double PNP with op-amp servo.
