[sdiy] Need a program for changing setting of all midi-modules on stage

Maybe some of you guys can advice me....

Until I get time to finish a project making a master keybord with embedded
computer I'm using a couple of sound modules and two old synths to control
them, (only occationally  using the internal sounds of them). However, its
kinda akward to change settings on multiple devices/channels between the
songs when we do gigs. (Changing from piano (patch 1) to  strings (patch 49)
requires 48 presses on the "next instrument" button.

Does anybody know about a program that easily enables me to use my pc to set
up parameters for all the units for each song we perform at a gig so that i
just can step through the list while playing?
