[sdiy] Need a program for changing setting of all midi-modules on stage

Use program changes from your PC sequencer. Ideally, use an empty are at the
start of the sequence for sending all program changes to all midi ports
connected to your modules.
Note: all synths do not use the same Program Change format, look it up in
your synth manual.
