I just found out that my drummer will not make the
new years gig (the slut has chosen Christmas with his
girlfriend instead) ... so I'm going to

1) Make eggrolls for turkey day

2) work with the Interlink Electronics Force Sensing
Resistor Kit I bought to make a kick drum pad that you
can just tap your foot on. I was using a light beam
trigger but it got to be a pain in the @ss (you can't
"feel" the beam...

3) If that works I'll play with my Shin-Ei octave box
clone... which does a very nice job of cleaning up a
guitar so that the PV-1 pitch to voltage converter can
track it. It will not sustain a note past the time the
guitar tracks... you need to detect the envelope and
stop the PV-1 in the reset state (hook is provided...)

It works OK with a microphone as well !!!  ;^)

4) If I'm still bored I'll build some more EFM
boards...
