yeah, that sound like alot of work,

for My SBM, it was all on one panel, so I used L shaped brakets about 3 long 
and 3/4" on each leg of the L.

they had three screw holes, but I had to drill a few to do it right.

Maybe I'll just get that stuff from home depot and just drill the holes as I 
need them...

thing is I could have sworn I've seen shelving stuff that would do the 
trick...

making the boxes is easy enough since I don;t care about rack compatability 
or looking too pro..  a few planks and some screws will do me just fine...
