Filter on a stick

Filter on a stick

2005-12-21 by The Old Crow

Well, my long-standing goal to build an M board out of discrete parts
progresses; I have made the VCO, and now the filter(s) in discrete SMT
form. I may yet get the CSR-80 ("R" for 'rackmount") prototype made
before much longer. Currently working on the filter EG.

I've also made a retrofit "filter on a stick" using JH's SSM2040
schematic and just today got the bare boards back from the board plant.
It will plug into a CEM3320 socket. Time to assemble one...

Great work Scott, do you think you will make it commercial as you did with the MOTM filter model?

Great stuff - we need pictures! I vote for adding sustain to the VCF
EG, so it can act like a 'normal' EG, and also add invert to the output.
