Yamaha CS 40m without a Signal

Hello,
i recently bought an Yamaha CS 40m. It had some problems, it blowed the fuses on the psu, i checked the tantalums and some of them were shorted. So i replaced all the tantalums on the different boards. The fuses are Ok now. But it still has no output. The Memory panel LED are working and i can switch between the banks.
I also had an broken NEC c271c voltage comparator. Which i replaced with and stmicrotonics LM311n which should be an replacement for it. if i turn the synth on the LM311 gets very hot. And i have no clue why...???
Can someone of you help me qualifiying the Problem?
