Pulse Width Modulation Controls not functioning

Greetings all, The pulse width modulation controls on layer two of my CS80 are not functioning. The memory panel PWM sliders also do not work for Mem# 2 & 4. It seems like when I open the top it starts to work again though. Thought it might be a frayed or loose wire, but that doesn't make sense considering the Memory's 2 & 4 not functioning too. Can anyone tell me what they think it might be and if it's a circuit board, which one to start with. Thanks
