WTB: CS-80 Right end cheek

WTB: CS-80 Right end cheek

Does anybody have a right end cheek (I hope that's the right word) for
sale? I mean the piece right of the keyboard, with the Power switch.

On my CS-80, this has been replaced with a wooden DIY solution, which
sort of works. But it would be nice to have the original part here.

If you have one for sale, please let me know.
What would be a reasonable price for something like that?

Jurgen, you might try emailing Kyle Jarger, he may still has some CS80 parts
he kindly helped me out with a replacement left hand side panel for my 80..
(effects section) dont have his email address handy, but im sure you could
dig it up in the AH archive...

also, you may be able to score an sy-2 or sy-1 for cheap and scavenge the part there. im not sure if the entire cheek would be an exact match, but the power switch assembly appears to be an exact match.

plus you'll get all those gx-1 vcf/vca/vco modules!

Hi List and Jurgen,

I still do have some parts from a CS-80, no longer any of the usually
desirable ones. Jurgen, I'll take a look to see if I have the right end
cheek. It'll take about 2 days tp get back to you.

I'll keep an eye open!
But I wouldn't exploit a working monosynth for that ... unless I can swap
the CS-80 DIY part back to the monosynth.

oh, definitely not a working one. agreed there. ive considered buying working cs-10's for the chips, but it just seems like such a waste, so i wrote the idea off....
