1 voice card not triggering. any ideas/leads? (cs80)

hey folks, wondering if you have any leads on this. Voice 3, OSC 2 is not triggering at all. Voice 3 OSC 1 triggers fine. per old crow's site under "suggested repairs", i replaced the 4 CMOS chips on the SH board, which solved this problem for him. for me, it did not.
anyone have any ideas on this? thanks alot for any help guys!
