Hi people
Of course everybody here knows that 2007 is exactly 30 years since the CS80 mothership was released....does anybody know when exactly?

Most likely NAMM show 1977, or Frankfurt Music Fair the same year.

Nah
I'm always forgeting when my ol80's Birthday is......
My first ol80's anniversary is Dec 15 1983....she was very young, but
always "going Out" on me....Tried to tune her in but I was young and
uneducated then too...
Seems I was always pushing her to hard(Rolling on the
floor ,leaning her up against cases, that sort of thing) and then one
day ,while she was drinking a rye and Coke that one of our stage
hands left her, she just snapped....she lost it.
I kind of knew right then It was over...I was always pushing the
envelope...always grabbing her keys...pressing her buttons...rubbing
her ribbon the wrong
way ... Was I wrong....She had the Dual personality you has to mix
with, but Aftertouching and all the loving She had to go...I miss
Her...
To my suprise though, my insurance agent told me I could always get
another...and suprise suprise it came to happen....although this one
never shuts her hatch...she is older and reminds me of the good ol
days with the other one....hope she doesn't catch on....

You just can't hide true love. All that romantic prose just makes me
teary-eyed...Oh, nah, it's just the pollen.

Wow, how does one go about finding the birth (manufacture) date of
their beast?
My baby's serial number is 1048.

Good thing your two old dames never crossed paths, Laurie; your first
one might have corrupted the second. O, the joys of good insurance.

Tommy

It is amazing how one Rye and Coke can affect a CS80 relationship....
