"it's not like the "keyboard follow" function found on other synthesizers"......It also doesnt have midi and .the ribbon pitch bend on only notes held under sustI which is also almost unique to the cs80 as it also appears as a second type of sustain on the Ensoniq SQ80(bender type[-All notes-/-Held notes-}) which by the way has polphonic aftertouch like the CS80.... The charm of the CS80 is not how it is like other synthesizers....there is only 4 user presets....2 panel and the factory presets.....But unlike other keyboards you can switch between presets on each channels or the footage of each preset without having to write to a user spot as you would today in the digital era.....Its all right there before you......Its dedicated to the performer....And I like its differences.....as do sound men and producers.....they never need to search for it in a mix.....its there.... erikfromhere wrote: > You're right, the keyboard control sliders only affect released keys > so I shouldn't have written "sutaining notes".
