Hi Max,

  The only data I have on the IG00150 is a description of how it is 
similar to the VCO-III (IG00153) and how it has an internal expo 
converter and sine shaper.  I'm not so sure it is really another 
charge-pump VCO; I think it is an integrator type.  There is a chart 
given that shows, for the PWM modulation, that 0V CV to the IG00150 
results in 0.2Hz, 5V results in 6.7Hz and 10V results in 222Hz.

  Making such an LFO with a sine output is easy using a regular CVLFO 
circuit with a sine shaper (2nd OTA) hung on the triangle output.  The 
2nd OTA could even be a VCA for the PWM level.
