I hope you mean on its stand lying under the A-frame, not the keyboard 
on the floor (unless you like to play lying down) :^)  There's a nice 
alternative: On my previous CS-80s I cut the cover along the edge where 
it start to slope down and added slip hinges and latches.  This way, I 
could remove the front of the cover, but leave on the flat, back part.  
This let me get to all the controls but still stack another keyboard on 
top (and gave the cat a warm place to sit).
