Hey Max ... there were adjustments on the ringmod (PRA)card for which affected the time factor in the eg on the ringmod......however when you listen to music that has been recorded in a Studio, it was common to vari the speed of a multitrack recorder..... If you recorded at 30 IPS and played back at 15 IPS... you could enhance and solidify the low end of keyboard pads based on the bias of the tape used....you could gain an octave further 32' at the expence of the 2' and all your envelopes would be twice as long........
