Because in my old cs80 the tantalum in tsb cause the short of the rail. changed the tantalum solved my problems,

Thanks Tommy,Tsb 1 and 2 were partially rebuilt (there are some old tantalums on tsb2 left I think) with all the IC´s changed. I have never touched the TWS.Why do you think that might be the problem?The thing is that no fuse blows. The short simply kills my PSU directly.
