I know, that the "Bladerunner sound" was discussed a lot. But I am curious about another aspect of "Bladerunnerish" Brass: I am talking about the beautiful phasing you hear starting at around 1:32 of this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uUyfFvpL9E . It´s much slower than sub-oscillator and detuning does not give this effect for me. The best result so far I got with ring modulator set on slow osc, little modulation and big depth - but I am not sure Vangelis did it that way. What do you think?
