Yamaha CS80

I realise this is an odd first post but here goes... 
I'm building my own synth and want the front panel styled fairly closely to the CS-50/60/80. I was just wondering if someone could put my mind at rest and take a few measurements?

Measurements I would like:

1. Width across 8 CS-80 preset selectors e.g. from the centre of the gap between String 1 and String 3 to the gap between Guitar 1 and Funky 1.
2. The bottom width and depth of a fader cap
3. The height of a fader cap
4. The travel of a fader e.g. the distance from the topmost and bottommost white lines on one of the After Level sliders.
5. The total width (left to right) of the white lines on a fader.
6. The distance from the centre of one fader slot to the next.
7. The height of a lever cap such as brilliance/mix

I think that's pretty much everything, if anyone could take the time to jot those down I'd be very grateful :)
